Greatly enhance my skills in the training.
Thanks Zem and ICU team prepare this program for us. The Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program can confidently and significantly enhanced my skills as duty officer. The course effectively equips participants with advanced techniques in resuscitation training, emphasizing critical areas such as medical emergencies, CPR, and patient safety. The 12-module structure is well-organized and addresses essential aspects of CPR performance and knowledge retention, especially through evidence-based adult learning principles. The creation of drill scenario was particularly beneficial, allowing us to apply what we learned in real-world scenarios. I would highly recommend this program to other senior nurses looking to strengthen their teaching capabilities and improve institutional CPR standards. One suggestion is the passing score of quiz is high. Overall, the TTT program has been a valuable experience, and my knowledge gained in my training sessions!
